STUDENT CONTRACT
Your contract starts on the day of your first lesson and expires in 12 months.
All driving appointments are confirmed Via Text, (this assists in tracking a written dialogue and lesson confirmations).
Please confirm all lessons ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE, as most top rated driving schools tend to have a minimum of four weeks booked, this varies throughout the year.
Please schedule the second lesson after approximately 25 hrs of driving.
Please schedule the dmv test (Check DmV Website) after you schedule the last lessson, It is also recommended to schedule the 3rd lesson or final lesson within a week of the scheduled DMV test. Please keep us informed of your DMV test date and location, this assists in creating a useful final lesson.
If you would like an earlier lesson, please request to be placed on the cancellation list.
The student may be present when purchasing gasoline. This will be part of the lesson and if time permits, we will teach the student how to properly fuel the vehicle.
No one is allowed in our vehicles during driving lessons except for the students and instructors. driving School insurance allows just the student and instructors in the car only.
We have installed a camera that records both the exterior and interior of the car, the recording will be reviewed post incident/accident.
The DMV requires any minors taking the driving test to complete a minimum of 50 hours of driving before they can take the test. See the DMV issued Parent-Teen Training Guide for reference.
Safety first always! students ability to learn within the six (6) hour period may vary depending on the student’s abilities. Therefore, freeway driving is not mandatory and is left to the instructor’s discretion.
No refunds for any unused lessons or drive test.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

*YOU WILL BE CHARGED 60 dollar fee for:
no permit at the time of pickup, as It is illegal to drive without it.
For less than a 48 hour’s notice prior to any lesson cancellation or no show. We need to keep our schedule fully booked each WORKDAY to stay in business. Please see our business hrs in our confirmation text.
